A CYCLIST has recovered after a serious crash with a car in Bournemouth.
The male rider, in his 30s, was seriously injured after being involved in a crash with a Volkswagen cc couple in Christchurch Road at the junction with Waltham Road on February 12.
He was rushed to Poole Hospital, however, providing an update, Dorset Police has said his injuries are no longer believed to be serious.
A spokeswoman for the force added no arrests have been made into the investigation and enquiries are continuing.
The driver of the VW was uninjured.
The road was closed for a short time while emergency services treated the injured cyclist and carried out an examination of the scene.
