HOW could the same minds that came up with the brilliantly original Life On Mars create something as ludicrous as Bonekickers?
This self-conscious piffle thinks it kicks serious butt, but is actually unintentionally hilarious throughout. The script is all mid-Atlantic clichés (no doubt in the hope the Yanks will buy it); plots are ridiculous, for instance, all the world's famous ancient artefacts just happen to turn up in Bath; and the head digger-up-o-bones, the marvellously monikered Dr Gillian Magwilde says the most absurd things.
Not exactly awash with extras, just some behind the scenes stuff, but should you buy it? Damn right, just for the laughs.
