THREE children were taken to Poole Hospital after a two-car shunt on Holes Bay Road, Poole, on Friday.
And a heavily pregnant woman in another car not involved in the crash was also taken to hospital by ambulance from the scene.
The collision at around 11.45am on the southbound carriageway involved a silver Kia Picanto registered to a Sturminster Newton woman and a blue Peugeot registered to a woman from the Ferndown area were involved.
Three children travelling in one of the cars complained of neck pain at the scene and were taken to Poole Hospital, but later released after treatment for minor injuries.
The Kia driver was slightly injured and was treated by ambulance crews at the scene. The road was not closed and the vehicles had been recovered by 1pm.
