THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

ROBERT JACKSON, 48 and of Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from prison. He was ordered to pay costs of £60.

TONY JOHNSTONE, 51 and of Parley Road in Bournemouth, was found guilty of failing to provide specimen for analysis to police in Blandford Road, Poole, on January 11. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £72 and costs of £310 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

PAUL WESCOTT, 51 and of Barnes Road in Bournemouth, admitted being the driver of a vehicle which failed to stop after a road accident, being the driver of a vehicle involved in a road accident who failed to report that accident, driving a vehicle on a road / in a public place without due care and attention, and driving without third party insurance in Meyrick Park, Bournemouth, on November 29, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months and got six points on his licence. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £1087.75 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

KERRY ELLIS, 45 and of Portesham Gardens in Bournemouth, admitted drink driving in Abney Road in Bournemouth on March 15. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months. She was also fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £72 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MEGAN WELFORD, 27 and of Studland Road in Bournemouth, admitted drink driving in Seamoor Road in Bournemouth on March 16. She was disqualified from driving for three years. She was also fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MATTHEW BURT, 25 and of Springfield Road in Poole, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Commercial Road in Poole, on March 16. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

JONATHAN BROWN, 21 and of Roberts Road in Poole, admitted drink driving in Herbert Avenue in Poole on March 17. He was handed a community order lasting until May 15, 2025, with a requirement to complete 80 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

CHRISTOPHER MILLS, 34 and of Loop Farm Road in Lytchett Matravers, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order by contacting a person he was prohibited from contacting between May 11 and 15. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £85.

RORY PADFIELD, 41 and of Harford Road in Poole, admitted drink driving, driving without insurance and driving without a valid test certificate on the A31 at Winterborne Zelston on March 2. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also fined £700, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £280 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
