THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

NICOLAS NOGUEIRA, of Bays Road in Pennington, was convicted of using a vehicle which was unlicensed in Town Street in Leeds on November 7, 2023. He was fined £660, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £53.34 and costs of £85.

DAVID BARNETT, 44 and of Spencer Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates Court on October 20, 2023. He was fined £100.

LEE GEORGE IRELAND, 43 and of no fixed address, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on October 17, 2022. He was fined £100.

REECE O'KILL, 30 and of Devon Road in Weymouth, admitted assaulting a woman thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm in Southwell Road in Portland on March 12. He was handed a community order lasting until May 20, 2026, and a restraining order was made for the victim lasting until the same date.

IAN PAYNE, 32 and of Glen Road in Boscombe, admitted two counts of being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Bournemouth, namely Terrace Road on March 10 and Commercial Road on March 12. He admitted failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates' Court on April 29 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on March 11. He admitted failing to comply with a section 35 direction excluding a person from an area after returning to Bournemouth Square on March 18. He admitted possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis, in Bournemouth Square on March 18. He was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ROSE-MARIE RUSSELL, 33 and of Maple Road in Bournemouth, admitted two counts of drug driving in Portman Road in Bournemouth on October 13, 2023, and one count of drug driving in Manor Road in Bournemouth on December 2, 2023. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months. She was also fined £700, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £280 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

SIMON SEWELL, 52 and of Guys Marsh, admitted driving whilst disqualified, driving without third party insurance, driving without a valid test certificate, and two counts of drug driving in Rockley Road in Poole on September 15, 2023. He was handed a six week prison sentence suspended for 18 months, and disqualified from driving for 18 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £154 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

SALLY SULIMAN, 42 and of Branksome Hill Road in Bournemouth, was found guilty of failing to provide a breath specimen to police for analysis in Littledown Avenue in Bournemouth on August 19, 2023. She was handed a community order lasting until November 22, 2024, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months. She was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £650 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

JAMIE MILES, 36 and of Redhorn Close in Poole, admitted drug driving in Poole Road in Upton on October 23, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
