A YOUNG entrepreneur has achieved unprecedented success since opening her high-end estate agency and featuring on a popular Netflix show.
Lola Massingham, from Lilliput, was approached through social media to feature her luxury listings on the reality show, Buying London.
Just 20 at the time, Lola was invited to London to pitch her multi-million-pound properties to the producers.
After sealing the deal, Lola then had six weeks to speak to developers, arrange and showcase ‘two of the most luxurious properties in the area.’
The producers then came down to Dorset to film an episode featuring two Sandbanks properties.
Lola said: “The whole experience was just so surreal. A lot of people might look at me and think I’m too young, but I did all of this myself, and I worked incredibly hard.
“I just know there’s so much more to come for me and my business.”
Lola is the CEO and founder of Prime Coastal Property, which she opened just eight months ago.
She started her career as an estate agent in a Dorset estate agency and was soon scouted to work for a prestigious local agency.
In this role, she built client connections and sold her first luxury property for £5 million at the age of 18.
She said: “I am a people person; I love building relationships and a rapport with clients.
“I think working with these reputable companies has earnt me a lot of valuable experience and advanced me hugely."
With Prime Coastal Properties, Lola’s goal is to utilise unique branding to ‘provide extraordinary and high-quality marketing services' that will ‘set us apart from the competition.’
Lola said: “One of my main missions is to boost the area’s reputation on a global scale.
“Buying London ended up coming to the area, and I was able to showcase two beautiful properties and really see what the area has to offer.”
She added: “My ambition over the next couple of years is to try and grow my brand and build on my relationships with clients and other agents.
“I want to encourage young people to take the risk and open a business.”
