A MAN has come forward following a CCTV appeal relating to an alleged assault in Christchurch.
It was reported that at around 1.15am on Saturday, April 27, a man was assaulted in Church Road.
The victim – aged in his 30s and from Surrey – sustained a cut to his head and attended hospital for treatment.
Following a CCTV appeal, a 39-year-old man from Bournemouth has come forward.
He is due to attend a voluntary police interview in relation to the incident.
