THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

TIMOTHY MARK RAWLINGS, 62 and of Egerton Road in Bournemouth, admitted speeding on the A388 Spur Road on August 22, 2023. He got three points on his licence. He was also fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £250 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

SAMUEL GRAY, 37 and of Haskells Road in Poole, admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis, in Parkwood Road in Bournemouth on January 30, 2023. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

IOAN TIMOCE, 23 and of Albany Park Avenue in Enfield, admitted driving whilst disqualified, driving without third party insurance and drink driving in St Peters Road in Poole on March 6. They were disqualified from driving for 17 months, fined £759, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £304, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

STEPHEN HEARD, 29 and of Bolton Crescent in Ferndown, admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker and affray in Charminster on May 14, 2023. He was jailed for 20 weeks and ordered to pay £200 compensation.

AARON WARNER, 41 and of Windham Road in Bournemouth, admitted two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker after assaulting two police officers in custody in Bournemouth on May 21. He also admitted two counts of assault by beating after assaulting two women in Aylesbury Road in Bournemouth on May 21. He was jailed for 20 weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £400.

AIDAN MCDERMOTT WIGHTMAN, 23 and of St Andrews Square in London, admitted drug driving in Hurn Road in Christchurch on July 5, 2023. He also admitted possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely 4.02g of cannabis, in Christchurch on July 5, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £500 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ELLIOT WILLIAM WHEELER, 26 and of Whitemore Road in Guildford, admitted drug driving on the A31 in Ferndown on December 4, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £720, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £288 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

DONATAS KVEDARAS, 43 and of Wimborne Road in Bournemouth, admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class A, namely methadone, in Fleet in Hampshire on July 28, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 18 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

GILES HATTON, 30 and of Oaks Lane in Great Bookham, admitted failing to provide a breath to police for analysis in Poole on March 2. He also admitted failing to co-operate with a preliminary breath test in Poole on March 2. He got 10 points on his licence. He was also fined £580, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £232, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

KEVIN KARAKAS, 19 and of Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth, admitted drink driving in Bournemouth on March 21. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months. He was also fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £140 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
