A WHEELBARROW, two camping tables, a power washer and a tarpaulin were stolen from a day nursery.

Between 5.15am and 5.35am on Wednesday, May 15, entry was gained to the Cornerhouse Day Nursery in Portchester Road, Bournemouth, and the items were stolen.

Officers investigating the burglary are issuing CCTV images of a man they would like to identify.

Police constable Merryn Matthews, of Dorset Police, said: “The majority of items stolen, apart from two dark grey fold-up camping tables, were subsequently located nearby and have been recovered. However, our enquiries to identify the man responsible remain ongoing.

“I am now issuing CCTV images of a man we are looking to identify as part of our investigation and I would urge anyone who recognises him to please make contact with us.”
