TOURISM bosses were this morning (Sunday) expecting the vast majority of displays in Bournemouth's first air festival to go ahead despite cloudy weather.
Around one million visitors were expected to flock to the town for the event which yesterday saw displays from the Red Arrows, Blue Eagles and Lancaster, Spitfire and Hurricanes.
There were fears that the festival might be affected after the town woke up to heavy mist and cloud today.
Organisers say they will continue to monitor the weather.
