PATRONS were locked inside a bar in Poole following reports of an individual carrying a weapon.
A witness said more than 30 people were locked inside Camden in Ashley Cross after two individuals made threatening remarks to people standing outside the venue.
The witness said: "We were all horrified.
"Two people pulled up in a grey car and threw a glass bottle at two people who were standing outside."
Dorset Police responded to a report of a disturbance outside Camden Bar at 9.54pm on Wednesday, June 5.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "It was reported that a man and woman were outside the premises when a silver car with three male occupants approached, and the men made threats toward them."
The two occupants of the vehicle then reportedly followed the man and woman as they went inside the bar before making off from the scene.
Officers attended and carried out a full search of the area, but the suspects were not located.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing, including a review of CCTV footage and further enquiries in the area.
