THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
NENAD SULJEVIC, 52 and of Charminster Avenue in Bournemouth, admitted drink driving in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on March 23. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months. He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
SCOTT HALL, 42 and of Grosvenor Estates in Poole, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Old Orchard in Poole on March 23. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
BENJAMIN COOK, 41 and of Kingsland Road in Poole, admitted theft after stealing a wall light to the value of £23.19 in Reuben Drive in Poole on March 20. He admitted possession of a knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place after being in possession of a folded pocket knife with a blade exceeding 7.62 centimetres in Harkwood Drive in Poole on May 28. He admitted theft from a shop after stealing food to the value of £18.85 from Nisa Local in Rockley Park in Poole on May 28. He was jailed for six months. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £42.04.
KEITH DEREK TRAVES, 33 and of South Road in Poole, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on July 10, 2023. The community order was varied to contain new unpaid work requirements. He was also ordered to pay costs of £60.
JOEY LEE CROXALL, 20 and of no fixed address, admitted being in breach of the requirements of a supervision default order made by Poole Magistrates Court on March 4. He was fined £370 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
CHRISTOPHER COLE, 29 and of Kinson Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on September 19, 2023. He was fined £75 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
SCOTT WALSH-FLEMING, 40 and of Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on May 17, 2023. He was fined £75 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
SCOTT JOSEPH STRANACK, 39 and of Leigh Gardens in Wimborne, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on September 7, 2023. He was fined £75 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
MERON HABTU, 20 and of Fernhill Avenue in Weymouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Bournemouth Crown Court on February 22, 2023. The order was varied to contain new requirements, including a curfew requirement with electronic monitoring.
KANE WHITE, 37 and of Egmont Road in Poole, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on December 6, 2023. The community order was revoked and he was jailed for 16 weeks.
ALISTAIR JAMES HAWEY, 32 and of Ringwood Road in Poole, admitted attending an address in Corfe Mullen on March 22 which he was prohibited from visiting by a restraining order. He was handed a community order lasting until May 29, 2025, with a requirement to complete 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
