THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
BILLY RANDS, 31 and of Rozalia Meadow in Poole, admitted failing to give information to Dorset Police on June 17, 2023, relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He got six points on his licence. He was also fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
DARRYL JOHN CORNISH, 41 and of Ashley Road in Parkstone, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from a period of imprisonment. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £20.
TYLER JOHN SMALLEY, 18 and of Station Road in West Moors, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from a period of imprisonment. A new supervision default order was made with a curfew requirement and electronic monitoring. He was also ordered to pay costs of £60.
DANIEL POWELL, 21 and of Harvey Road in Bournemouth, admitted vehicle interference after interfering with a motor vehicle with the intention of theft in Bournemouth on March 26. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £26.
JOSEPH CAMPBELL, 20 and of Creekmoor in Poole, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a woman in Poole on November 17, 2023. He also admitted assaulting a man thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm in Poole on November 17, 2023. He was handed a 26-week jail sentence suspended for 18 months. He was ordered to pay compensation of £950, a victim surcharge of £154 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
JORDAN BROWN, 25 and of Preston Road in Weymouth, admitted drink driving in Kerley Road in Bournemouth on December 12, 2023. He got ten points on his licence. He was also fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £200 and costs of £300 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
KRZYSZTOF GROL, 46 and of Westover Road in Bournemouth, admitted possession of a knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place after being in possession of a knife in Redlands in Poole on December 23, 2023. He also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates' Court on May 10 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on April 15. He was handed a 20 week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £154 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
KEITH MOTT, 63 and of Brassey Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving without a licence, driving without third party insurance, and failing to stop when required by a constable / traffic warden in Ringwood Road in Poole on November 23, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £350 and ordered to pay costs of £200 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
KAYLEIGH EVERITT, 34 and of Battlement Crescent in Donnington, admitted racially / religiously aggravated intentional harassment / alarm / distress in Bournemouth on December 31, 2023. She was fined £123, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
GARY ARMON, 36 and of Sterte Road in Poole, admitted theft from a shop after stealing toys to the value of £160 from Smyths Toys in Nuffield Road in Poole on June 10, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of two years. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £160.
TRACEY SMITH, 55 and of Southwood Avenue, admitted driving whilst disqualified and driving without third party insurance in Boscombe Spa Road in Bournemouth on February 25. She also admitted failing to stop at a red light at a pelican crossing in Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on February 25. She was disqualified from driving for 22 months.
LLOYD MCGUIGAN, 33 and of Hennings Park Road in Poole, admitted drug driving in Harbour View Road in Poole on November 11, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £270, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £108.
FRANCESCA HOLLING, 37 and of Leigh Gardens in Wimborne Minster, admitted drink driving in Rowlands Hill in Wimborne Minster on March 31. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months. She was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
NIGEL TREADWELL, 46 and of Avenue Road in Weymouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing one bottle of blended scotch Whisky to the value of £18 from Marks and Spencer in Weymouth on May 12. He also admitted two counts of failing to comply with a section 35 direction excluding him from an area after returning to The Esplanade in Weymouth on May 14 and 16. He was jailed for two months. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
LEWIS KING, 26 and of Castletown in Portland, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order in Weymouth on June 1. He was fined £80.
LEE COOKSON, 41 and of Swithun’s Road South in Bournemouth, admitted drug driving in Turlin Road in Poole on October 19, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay costs of £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £48.
JOSEPH WOLDON, 36 and of Paddington Grove in Bournemouth, admitted drink and drug driving, driving without a licence and driving without third party insurance in Turlin Road in Poole on October 19, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
