THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
LEE GLENN CUMMINGS, 38 and of Westover Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing meat valued at £108.40 from the Southern Co Op in King John Avenue in Poole on January 11. He admitted an attempted theft from a shop after attempting to steal groceries valued at £50.70 from the Co Op in Bournemouth on February 29. He also admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates Court on October 18, 2023. The suspended sentence was imposed and he was jailed for 26 weeks.
MIA MURPHY, 18 and of Lauton Close in Salisbury, admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a paramedic, in Wimborne Minster on August 16, 2023. She was ordered to pay compensation of £100.
CONNOR RILEY, 25 and of Kingfisher Way in Ringwood, admitted driving without a valid test certificate in Leigh Road in Ferndown on November 19, 2023. He was fined £100 and ordered to a victim surcharge of £40.
LUKE COLARELLI, 19 and of Gladstone Road in Bournemouth, admitted drink driving and driving without a licence In Castle Lane East in Bournemouth on March 28. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months. He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
TAYLOR BROWN, 22 and of Preston Road in Weymouth, admitted driving whilst unfit through drink and driving without third party insurance on the A35 Upton Bypass in Poole on August 20, 2023. They were disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £400 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
LIAM BAKER, 33 and of Parkwood Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on May 1. He was fined £166 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
MARK MAHIEU, 37 and of Briar Close in Christchurch, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on February 7. The community order was varied to contain new and varied requirements. He was also ordered to pay costs of £60.
OLIVER BRACEY, 47 and of Marryat Road in New Milton, admitted speeding in Fareham in Hampshire on August 17, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for six months. He was also fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40, and costs of £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
JOSEPH AUSTIN-WINDLE, 53 and of Herbert Avenue in Poole, admitted theft from a shop after stealing Gucci sunglasses, a BOSE wireless speaker and a pair of Bowers and Wilkins headphones to the value of £1143 from John Lewis in Cribbs Causeway Regional Shopping Centre in South Gloucestershire. He was handed a community order lasting until June 2, 2025, banning him from entering the shopping centre. He was also fined £50, ordered to pay compensation of £1143 and a victim surcharge of £114.
HARRIET ATTINGER, 31 and of Germains Lane in Chippenham, admitted making off without making payment, namely £30.01 worth of fuel, in Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth on August 5, 2023. She was conditionally discharged for a period of six months. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £30.01 and costs of £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
