THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
KELLY JOANNE DIMMICK, 49 and of no fixed address, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following her release from a period of imprisonment. She was jailed for seven days.
ADAM WHITE, 33 and of Three Cross Road in Wimborne, admitted criminal damage to property after damaging an iPhone valued at £828 in Vale Road in Bournemouth on September 2, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of two years and ordered to pay compensation of £828.
JAMES DAVID MILLS, 44 and of Cogdean Walk in Wimborne, admitted speeding in Wareham Road in Corfe Mullen on May 5, 2023. He got three points on his licence. He was also fined £76, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £90 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ELISHA YAARI, 39 and of Broadfields Avenue in Edgware, admitted speeding on the A338 Wessex Way on May 24, 2023. She got three points on his licence. She was also fined £6, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
JAMES MILLS, 44 and of Wimborne Road in Bournemouth, admitted speeding on the M27 between junction seven and eight on March 22, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for six months. He was also fined £76, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ANDREW MAWDITT, 55 and of Station Road in Melton Mowbray, admitted racially aggravated intentional harassment / alarm / distress - words / writing in Old Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on May 23, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of nine months. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £300.
TINASHE CHUMA, 37 and of Seagrim Road in Bournemouth, admitted being the driver of a vehicle which failed to stop after a road accident, driving without a licence and failing to provide specimen of breath to police for analysis in Canford Heath Road in Poole on September 22, 2023. She was handed a community order lasting until December 4, 2025, with a requirement to complete 200 hours of unpaid work, and was disqualified from driving for 46 months. She was also fined £646, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
CONNOR BETTERIDGE, 19 and of Hall Road in Bournemouth, failed to give information to Dorset Police on February 24, March 3, March 9, and March 18 in 2023. The information related to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was discharged conditionally for a period of 12 months and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
GARRY CARRUTHERS, 30 and of Coombe Keynes in Dorchester, admitted stalking without fear / alarm / distress, after stalking a woman in Weymouth between April 2 and 11. Court records show he sent the woman hundreds of unwanted messages, made numerous telephone calls, and loitered in the vicinity of her home address. He also admitted two counts of common assault after assaulting two other women in Wilson Road in Dorchester on April 25. He was handed a 16-week prison sentence suspended for 24 months. A restraining order was made for one of the victims.
