ESTATE agent Goadsby has appointed a new senior management to its growing team.
The Holdenhurst Road-based firm has appointed Gary Gibbons as its senior property management surveyor.
Gary recently left his position at Surrey-based Curchods, where he had headed its property management team.
But his experience dates back longer than that, with Goadsby’s director of property management Adrian carter describing him as a “valuable addition to the team”.
The department has won numerous instructions over the past year and has seen growth in turnover by 7 per cent over the past nine months.
The department is on target to again hit record turnover figures for the end of the year this month, Adrian added.
Goadsby was established in 1958 by the founding partners Mr Goadsby and Mr Harding with offices in St Peters Road, Bournemouth that handled both residential and commercial property work.
The business continued to grow and in 2005 saw a major expansion of the commercial business, with the introduction of offices in Southampton and Winchester and a major rebrand the following year.
