THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
MICHAEL MORGAN, 54 and of Wootton Gardens in Bournemouth, admitted possession of a knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place, namely a small locking blade concealed within a replica chubb style key, in Bristol on May 29, 2023. He was handed a community order with a requirement to complete 80 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
KIERON BANFIELD, 35 and of Portland, admitted four courts of theft from a shop after stealing multiple items from Home Bargains in Poole. He stole six boxes of washing powder to the value of £44.94 on September 29, 2023. He stole seven boxes of laundry power and one bottle of hair wash to the value of £94.22 on October 2, 2023. He stole ten bottles of hair wash to the value of £59.50 on November 4, 2023. He stole items to the value of £57.12 on October 17, 2023. He was jailed for four months and ordered to pay compensation of £255.78.
LORRAINE WILKINS, 48 and of Fraser Road in Poole, admitted two counts of assault by beating after assaulting a man and woman in Benbow Crescent in Poole on September 17, 2023. She admitted two counts of criminal damage to property after damaging two cars in Benbow Crescent in Poole on September 17, 2023. She admitted sending a voice message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character in Poole on September 22, 2023. She was handed a community order, and restraining orders were made the victims. She was also ordered to pay compensation of £855 and fined £100.
MICHAEL STODDART, 54 and of Francis Avenue in Bournemouth, admitted drug driving in Francis Avenue in Bournemouth on October 12, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
PETER LOWE, 25 and of Stewartstown Road in Dungannon, admitted drink driving in Radipole Park Drive in Weymouth on August 7, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 23 months. He was also fined £350 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £140.
HELDER ESTEVES, 46 and of Woodford Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to comply with a red light traffic signal in Castle Lane East in Bournemouth on February 15, 2023. He got three points on his licence. He was also fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
KERRY GANE, 49 and of no fixed address, admitting without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on November 20, 2023. She was handed a four week jail sentence suspended for six months.
MAREK TARNAWSKI, 42 and of no fixed address, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Weymouth Magistrates Court on October 27, 2022. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay costs of £60.
MARK JOHN WILLIAMS, 50 and of no fixed address, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates Court on January 4. The operational period of the suspended sentence was extended from 12 months to 18 months. He was also ordered to pay costs of £60.
