OFFICERS are continuing their probe to find the boy who beat up a seagull in Poole.
The bird was in Branksome Recreation Ground, Poole when it was attacked by a young boy with a catapult before being kicked in the car park.
Officers from the neighbourhood policing team in Poole continue to investigate the incident that happened at about 8.45am on Monday, April 29.
Providing an update, Dorset Police's spokesman said no arrests have been made yet.
Police constable Jenny Walsh, of Poole police, previously said that although no direct reports were made on the incident, officers want to speak to those who witnessed it.
She added: “This must have been a distressing incident to witness and I would encourage anyone who was in the area to please contact Dorset Police.
“I am also keen to speak to anyone who may have information about the person responsible.”
