A MAN who was stabbed in a residential area of Christchurch has been discharged from hospital.
The man sustained stab wounds during an incident in Hunt Road, in the Somerford area, on Tuesday afternoon.
Emergency services attended the scene, and a cordon was put in place outside Quantock Court.
The injured man was rushed to hospital, but has since been discharged.
A man, aged in his 40s, was arrested on suspicion of affray on Tuesday afternoon.
In an update on Wednesday, Dorset Police said the arrested man had been de-arrested.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
