THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
DILLON DAFEL, 37 and of Salisbury Road in Totton, admitted drink driving in Gervis Road in Bournemouth on April 6. He got ten points on his licence. He was also fined £461, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £184 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
MIQUEL DARVILLE, 21 and of Puddletown Crescent in Poole, admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police officers, in Exeter Road in Bournemouth on April 7. He was fined £200, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
BARRY DUCKETT, 54 and of Hopton Street in London, admitted two counts of criminal damage to property after damaging a police van cell and cells at Bournemouth Police Station on August 27, 2023. He admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police officer, in Dorset on August 27, 2023. He admitted assault by beating after assaulting a man in Dorset on August 27, 2023. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. He was also fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £254.37, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
FRANCESCA TERRELL, 36 and of Ballam Grove in Poole, admitted theft from a shop after stealing items to the value of £95 from Tesco Express in Poole Road in Bournemouth on February 13. She also admitted assault by beating after assaulting a man in Poole Road in Bournemouth on February 13. She was fined £160 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
KRYSTIAN KUNIKOWSKI, 25 and of Charminster Road in Bournemouth, admitted drug driving and driving without third party insurance in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on September 3, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £120.
LEIGHTON THOMAS, 43 and of no fixed address in Bournemouth, admitted racially / religiously aggravated fear / provocation of violence by words / writing in Bournemouth on September 28, 2023. He was jailed for four weeks.
GABRIEL DOLBEAR, 21 and of Cornish Gardens in Bournemouth, admitted drug driving in Ashley Road in Poole on November 20, 2023. He admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis, in Poole on November 20, 2023. They were disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
CHARLES MCDONAGH, 30 and of Manor Waye in Uxbridge, admitted using threatening / abusive words / behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Holton Heath in Dorset on April 13. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
TORIN SHEPHERD, 26 and of Dorchester Road in Poole, admitted using a laden motor vehicle with a lateral projection exceeding 2.9 metres contrary to regulation in Poole Road in Lytchett Matravers on October 14, 2023. He also admitted failing to make a relevant record/entry kept for the purposes of the Community Recording Equipment Regulations in Poole Road in Lytchett Matravers on October 14, 2023. He was fined £800 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £320 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
