PADDLEBOARDERS will come together to mark a rare event this week.
The event will take place at Tuckton Tea Gardens on the evening of Friday, June 21.
A paddle out will celebrate the full moon and Summer Solstice.
June’s full moon is known as the Strawberry Moon and it coincides with the longest day, with the two occurring at the same time around every 19 years on average.
The event was originally due to take place at Mudeford Quay, however, organisers have changed the venue due to high winds forecast.
The Bodega Bar will be open for drinks from 5pm with a barbecue at 6pm.
