THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

SCOTT SANDERS, 41 and of Romsey Road in Winchester, admitted criminal damage to property after damaging two glass entrance doors at Job Centre Plus in Cotlands Road in Bournemouth on January 12. He was jailed for four weeks. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £500.

LUKE SMITH, 34 and of Lagland Street in Poole, admitted vehicle interference with an intention of theft in Woodlands Avenue in Poole on March 4. He was ordered to pay compensation of £200.

DANIEL OSBORNE, 35 and of Richmond Hill in Bournemouth, admitted stalking without fear / alarm / distress. Court records show that between November 13 and December 29, 2023, he pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking of a woman, by calling her 142 times and leaving her 81 voicemails. He was handed a community order lasting until June 16, 2026, and a restraining order was made for the victim. He was also fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ANTHONY ANGELL, 36 and of Wimborne Road in Bournemouth, admitted drink driving in Wimborne Road in Bournemouth on April 9. He was disqualified from driving for 23 months. He was also fined £960, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £384, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

CHAD SMEDBURG, 34 and of Hopegood Close in Charlton Marshall, admitted possession of a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis, in Wheatsheaf Road in Wimborne on July 5, 2023. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MATTHEW BROWN, 55 and of West Cliff Gardens in Bournemouth, admitted drink driving in West Cliff Gardens in Bournemouth on April 11. He was disqualified from driving for 19 months. He was also fined £691, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £276 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

REECE ROBERT CREIGHTON, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on January 10, 2023. He was fined £50.

NADINE KOWALSKI, 28 and of Gerald Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing wine and chocolate to the value of £319.50 from Co-op in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on March 5. She also admitted two counts of breaching a criminal behaviour order in Bournemouth on March 5 and 6. She was handed a community order lasting until June 17, 2025. She was also ordered to pay compensation of £159.75.

JUSTIN FAYER, 50 and of Watford, admitted theft from a shop after stealing grocery items, alcohol and a bag of wood kindling valued at £97.90 from the BP garage in Ringwood Road, St Leonard’s, on January 14. He was ordered to pay compensation of £97.90.

BRANDON FOSS, 20 and of no fixed address, admitted two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely two police officers, in St Thomas Street, Dorset, on April 18.
