A MAN has been charged in connection with a reported daylight burglary in Bournemouth.
A handbag containing a purse, cash, bank cards, and a banking book was stolen from an address in Warford Road.
On the same day, a man allegedly unsuccessfully attempted to take money from a victim at an address in Holdenhurst Road.
The incidents both took place on June 5 at around 1pm.
Kevin Arthur Appleby, 50 from Bournemouth was charged with burglary and appeared at Poole Magistrates Court on June 17.
He has been remanded in custody and will next appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on July 18.
