A MAN has been arrested in Poole for driving a stolen Audi while disqualified.
Poole Police said the stolen vehicle was seen being driven in Blandford Road on Tuesday, June 18.
Alongside this, the man was also arrested for driving while disqualified and driving while over the alcohol limit.
A spokesperson for Poole police said: "Earlier today, officers from the Poole Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) and Roads Policing Unit (RPU) were made aware of a stolen Audi that was sighted on Blandford Road, Hamworthy.
"Swift deployment and vital radio communication meant that officers closed in on the suspect promptly.
"One male arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, driving whilst disqualified and driving in charge with alcohol concentration above the prescribed limit."
