A RUN of auctions boasting a ‘variety’ of items have been lined up in Dorset.
Several collections have been entered into the Charterhouse auctions scheduled for July.
Richard Bromell, of Charterhouse, said: “Variety is the spice of life, and our run of auctions certainly has variety.
“From film posters at £50 to fine art for £20,000, there are some great lots.”
On Wednesday, July 3, Charterhouse is selling a collection of cinema posters from horror movies to drama to Carry on.
Specialist auctions of pictures and decorative art will take place on Thursday, July 4, including a collection of Moorcroft from a deceased estate in Devon.
On Friday, July 5, Charterhouse is selling the lifetime collection from Edward Marnier, including Asian Art, period furniture and a collection of il paintings, before an auction of antiques and interiors.
Viewing for these auctions, at The Long Street Salerooms in Sherborne, starts on Monday, July 1.
Charterhouse is now accepting further entries for their busy programme of specialist auctions including silver, jewellery and watches in August followed by coins, medals, stamps, model cars, trains and other toys.
