A MAN has been banned from entering two bars after assaulting two men in Bournemouth town centre.
Abdullah Azez, 24, assaulted two men in Old Christchurch Road on November 4, 2023.
He appeared at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Monday, June 24, having admitted to two counts of assault by beating.
The offences were committed during the operational period of a suspended sentence handed to Azez less than a month ago, and ‘in almost identical conditions’, court records show.
Azez, of Meyrick Road in Bournemouth, was jailed for eight weeks.
He was also handed a restraining order, banning him from contacting the assault victims or entering Sharkey's Sports Bar or Camel Bar in Old Christchurch Road.
The restrictions will be in place until June 23, 2025.
