A BODY found by police is believed to be a missing man from Poole.
Officers searching for missing Poole man Craig Hayward found a body.
Dorset Police received a report at 9.48am on Wednesday, July 3 2024, that a man had been found unresponsive in Compton Gardens in Poole.
The man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
While the man has yet to be formally identified, it is believed to be 39-year-old Craig Hayward.
Craig was reported missing on Monday, July 1, 2024, having left an address in the Branksome area.
The death is not being treated as suspicious, and Craig’s family has been informed.
Chief Inspector Matt Buller of Dorset Police said: “Our thoughts are very much with the family of Craig Hayward at this extremely difficult time.
“I would like to thank all those who have assisted our search efforts over the last few days.”
