THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

VISHNU KIZHAKKEVEETTIL, 42 and of Charminster Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen to police for analysis in Bournemouth on July 1. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months and handed a community order lasting until January 1, 2026. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114.

JAMES WOOD, 33 and of Cutforth Way in Romsey, admitted theft after stealing a caravan valued at £8,000 in Christchurch between June 27 and August 23, 2023. He was jailed for four months.

TONY WARE, 32 and of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates Court on April 25. He was jailed for nine weeks.

ZARA STEWART, 34 and of Upper Terrace Road in Bournemouth, admitted six counts of theft from a shop. She stole multiple packets of confectionary valued at £151.20 from Co-op in Charminster Road in Bournemouth on December 11, 2023, stole alcohol, confectionery and laundry aids to the value of £406.55 from One Stop in Ripon Road in Bournemouth on December 18, 2023, stole alcohol to the value of £129.65 from Co-op in Charminster Road on January 2, 2024, stole chocolate and meat to the value of £188.20 from Co-op in Charminster Road on December 31, 2023, stole confectionary to the value of £100.70 from Co-op in Charminster Road on December 12, 2023, and stole perfume valued at £220 from Bobby’s in Bournemouth on February 20. She was handed a community order lasting until July 2, 2025. She was also ordered to pay compensation of £175 and costs of £200 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ANTHONY BEAZANT, 36 and of Lindsay Road in Poole, admitted drink driving in Surrey Road in Bournemouth on November 12, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

JEREMY PAYNE, 49 and of Stourvale Avenue in Christchurch, admitted drink driving in St Catherine’s Way in Christchurch on April 25. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MOHAMAD MSHER, 21 and of West Drayton, was found guilty of driving without a licence and third party insurance in Exeter Road in Bournemouth on December 16, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for three months. He was also fined £162.

DANIEL NEWTON, 43 and of The Briars in Wareham, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court on November 20, 2023. He admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police officer, in Luton on June 2, 2023. He was also convicted of driving without a driving licence and insurance on the A354 Weymouth Relief Road on September 20, 2022. He got six points on his licence. He was also fined £2800, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £680 and costs of £145.
