THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

BRADLEY GREEN, 43 and of Gordon Road in Bournemouth, admitted speeding on the A338 Spur Road on November 5, 2022. He got three points on his licence. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

CALUM ANDERSON, 24 and of Ashley Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from a period of imprisonment. A supervision default order was made with a requirement to complete 40 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay costs of £60.

DARYL TAFADZWA CHIGODORA, 21 and of Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Bournemouth Crown Court on June 16, 2023. The community order was varied to contain new rehabilitation requirements. He was also ordered to pay costs of £60.

MADELEINE PANKHURST, 52 and of West Cliff Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing goods valued at £118.50 from Holland and Barrett and The Dolphin shopping centre in Poole on January 26. She was ordered to pay compensation of £118.50.

SHAH AZIZ, 53 and of Horning Road in Poole, admitted driving while disqualified in Ashley Road in Poole on April 25. They were disqualified from driving for three months, fined £230, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £92, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

FATIMA KAMARA, 35 and of Holdenhurst Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing items valued at £48 from the Co-op in Commercial Road in Poole on January 12. She admitted two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely two police officers, at the Co-op in Commercial Road in Poole on January 12. She admitted criminal damage to property after damaging items to the value of £496.25 within Parkstone Pharmacy in Station Road in Parkstone on January 12. She was handed a community order lasting until January 4, 2026, and ordered to pay compensation of £796.25.

MIA JACOBS, 22 and of Factory Road in Upton, admitted driving while disqualified and without third party insurance in Preston Road in Weymouth on April 8. She was disqualified from driving for 11 months and 16 days, handed a community order lasting until July 4, 2025, and fined £120.

GRACE CAMM, 18 and of Rushall Lane in Sturminster Marshall, admitted drink driving, with 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in South Kinson Drive in Bournemouth on April 27. She was disqualified from driving for 14 months. She was also fined £120, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £48.

CALLUM ADEY, 26 and of Grove Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving without third party insurance and drug driving, with Benzoylecgonine in his blood, namely 112 micrograms of Benzoylecgonine per litre, in Wellington Road in Bournemouth on September 28, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months. He was also fined £320, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and costs of £350 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ASHLEY FLORIO, 31 and of Redbreast Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving while disqualified and without third party insurance in Southbourne Road in Bournemouth on March 8. He was disqualified from driving for 34 months and handed a community order lasting until January 4, 2026, with a requirement to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
