A BOURNEMOUTH brasserie and bar is celebrating its one-year anniversary.

Elevate Brasserie & Bar, an indoor and al fresco venue in the BIC, will mark its first birthday with a brand-new lunch menu on Wednesday, July 17 as well as meal deals and special offers.

Since opening, Elevate has welcomed more than 30,000 people and sold more than 1,300 pizzas, 2,000 burgers and 4,700 pints of draught beer.

With views looking out at Bournemouth’s seafront, the venue was designed by Dorset-based architects with decor and design elements inspired by the Jurassic Coast.

It has received several five-star reviews on TripAdvisor, with visitors raving about the venue’s “phenomenal customer service”, “brilliant” food and drink and the “lovely addition to the BIC - a great setting for pre-show dinner”.

Mathijs Pol, BH Live’s head of hospitality who created and launched the Elevate Bar and Brasserie concept, said: “Since opening Elevate one year ago, we’ve welcomed thousands of people.

“It’s a privilege to cater to all kinds of customers including business professionals, friends and families, and event visitors to BIC and Bournemouth Pavilion.

“Whether it’s stopping by for a meal or a cup of coffee, everyone is welcome to sit back, relax and enjoy the great views from Elevate.

“What’s even better is because BH Live is a registered charity, any surplus generated through commercial activity such as this is reinvested back into the local community to improve public facilities and services.

“I want to offer a huge thanks to everyone who has supported Elevate so far.”

Open Wednesdays-Sundays from 12pm to 8pm and on show nights, Elevate’s seasonally led menu sources local ingredients to create a delicious range of dishes including Barrel & Stone pizzas, salad bowls, charcuterie, seafood, burgers, sharing platters and more.
