TWO teenagers broke into a house and attacked two other people inside.
The victims, a man and woman, were at a home in Goliath Road, Hamworthy, when the two men, a 17-year-old and 19-year-old both from Poole, broke in.
According to officers, the pair were assaulted and in need of hospital treatment.
The men also damaged a car afterwards.
Police officers rushed to the home and arrested the two men, who are believed to be known to the victims.
A spokeswoman for Dorset Police said: “At 5.20pm on Thursday 11 July 2024, Dorset Police received a report of a disturbance at an address in Goliath Road in Poole.
“It was reported that two men had gained entrance to the property and assaulted a man and a woman and then damaged a car.
“Officers attended and the two victims were taken to hospital for treatment. Subsequently, two men were arrested in relation to the incident and an investigation is ongoing.
“It is believed that the alleged offenders are known to the victims.”
