THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
GARETH RICHARD DANNY BUGLER, 44 and of Anson Close in Ringwood, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Poole Magistrates Court on January 30, 2023. He was jailed for 22 weeks and ordered to pay costs of £60.
SONNY BOLAND, 56 and of Alexandra Road in Poole, admitted possession of a knife blade / sharp pointed article in a public place, namely an axe in Grosvenor House in Westby Road in Bournemouth on January 5. He also admitted using threatening / abusive words / behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Grosvenor House in Westby Road in Bournemouth on January 5. He was handed a community order lasting until January 15, 2026. He was also fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
MUSTAFA AL MBAIDIN, 27 and of Meyrick Road in Bournemouth, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely at Pier Approach in Bournemouth on May 11. He admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police officer, at East Overcliff Drive in Bournemouth on May 11. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26.
DAMON SINCLAIR, 44 and of Galliard Road in Edmonton, admitted drug driving, with 9.8 micograms of THC in his blood, in Sopers Lane in Poole on November 1, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £96 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
JOSEPH NABIL, 48 and of Maidstone, admitted fraud by false representation by providing false details when completing a means to pay agreement for £89.72 at Tesco Superstore in Poole Road in Poole on November 8, 2023. He admitted driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, and drug driving, with 240 µg/l of Benzoylecgonine in his blood, on the A338 Spur Road in Bournemouth on November 9, 2023. He was jailed for four months and disqualified from driving for 50 months. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £89.72.
DANIEL CLAPCOTT, 42 and of Windham Road in Bournemouth, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a woman in Wimborne Road on November 20, 2023. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26, and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
KENSON NOEL, 29 and of Meyrick Road in Bournemouth, admitted possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely 6.5 grams of cannabis, at Bibby Stockholm in Portland on May 16. He admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely an officer of Portland port police, at Bibby Stockholm in Portland on May 16. He was handed a community order lasting until July 15, 2025, with a requirement to complete 200 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £150.
DAMON SINCLAIR, 44 and of Galliard Road in Edmonton, admitted drug driving, with 3.6 micograms of THC in his blood, in Gravel Hill in Poole on January 27. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £120.
AMY FOX, 29 and of Louise Road in Dorchester, admitted possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis, in police custody in Weymouth on June 15. She admitted criminal damage to property after damaging a cell in a Dorset Police van valued at £108.05 on June 15. She admitted failing to surrender to police / court bail at the appointed time at Weymouth Magistrates' Court on July 11, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 16 Jun 2024 at Weymouth Police Station. She was fined £200, ordered to pay compensation of £108.05 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service
