THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
LOREN WINTERS, 33 and of Northbrook Road in Swanage, admitted possession of an offensive weapon in a private place, namely an extendable baton in Northbrook Road in Swanage on July 16. She also admitted breaching a non-molestation order by sending abusive messages which was prohibited under the order. She was handed a 12 week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. She was also ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
MARTIN HOOD, 35 and of Redhoave Road in Poole, admitted drug driving, with 4.8 micrograms of THC in his blood, in Parkstone Road in Poole on December 13, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £72 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
KATHLEEN CASH, 32 and of Southcote Road in Bournemouth, admitted burglary other than dwelling, after entering a restricted area display wall at a pawn shop in Wimborne Road in Bournemouth and stole a Rolex watch to the value of £4,995. She was handed a community order lasting until July 16, 2025, and ordered to pay compensation of £720.
HARRISON ARCHER, 27 and of Glen Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a motor vehicle after stealing a £10 note, one black bomber jacket, on portable charger and three G-shaped Motorola earpieces from a car at Bournemouth International Centre on January 15. He was conditionally discharged for a period of six months and was ordered to pay compensation of £79.85.
SHAUN VALLIER, 61 and of Surrey Road South in Bournemouth, attempted theft of conveyance other than motor vehicle/pedal cycle after attempting to steal a mobility scooter in Surrey Road South in Bournemouth on May 2. He admitted going equipped for theft after having a screwdriver and hammer for use in the course of, or in connection with, theft, in Surrey Road South in Bournemouth on May 2. He admitted criminal damage to property after damaging a mobility scooter in Surrey Road South in Bournemouth on May 2. He admitted possession of a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place in Wimborne Road in Bournemouth on June 15. He admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Old Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on June 22. He admitted criminal damage to property after damaging a double-glazed door in Surrey Road South in Bournemouth on June 26. He admitted using threatening / abusive words / behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, in Surrey Road South in Bournemouth on June 26. He was jailed for eight months and ordered to pay compensation of £450.
JOHN REDMOND, 51 and of Willow Way in Christchurch, admitted driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit, namely 79 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, in Willow Way in Christchurch on May 9. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months. He was also fined £240, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £96 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
KYRIL KLIMOVITCH, 40 and of Christchurch, admitted harassment - breach of a restraining order on conviction after entering Marks and Spencer in Somerford Road in Christchurch on July 3, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed by Poole Magistrates Court on January 5. He admitted theft from a shop after stealing a bottle of wine to the value of £9.50 from Marks and Spencer in Somerford Road in Christchurch on July 3. He was jailed for 16 weeks.
