THREE men have appeared in court in connection with an alleged hunting incident in north Dorset.
Keiron Bashford, 18 and of Hermitage near Blackmore Vale, and Charles Arthur Mayo, 28 and of Holnest near Sherborne, have been accused of wilfully obstructing the highway.
It follows an incident on the afternoon of December 9 in which a female hunt monitor had been allegedly assaulted and had property stolen while walking along Cannings Court Lane in Pulham.
The pair appeared at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, July 17 and they are next due to appear at the same court on Tuesday, September 24.
Meanwhile, Kieron Richard Fookes, 28 and of Durweston near Blandford, has been charged with theft from a person and common assault.
He is due to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on Thursday, August 15.
