A CLUBHOUSE has launched its summer programme.

Carvers Clubhouse, managed by Ringwood Town Council, will offer a range of activities throughout the summer.

This includes sports activities, from football and girls’ cricket to free use of the tennis courts, and creative fun, including workshops in cartoon drawing, clay modelling, graffiti art and family craft days.

Families, children and young people can also enjoy event days, including the Family Fun Festival and Skate Jam, and play time, with outdoor play for the under 4s.

“We're thrilled to offer a diverse range of programmes that cater to the interests and needs of our local families,” said Charmaine Bennett, Carvers Clubhouse manager.

“As well as the majority funding from Ringwood Town Council, we are grateful to other supporters including Culture in Common, AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust and New Forest District Council to help us run this programme.”

The clubhouse aims to make the activities as accessible as possible, offering them for free or at a low cost.
