Police have found a body in the search for a missing man from Purbeck.
Stephen Breen, 52 was last seen in the area of South Beach in Studland yesterday evening (July 22).
A body was found near to Old Harry Rocks at around 8am this morning.
While formal identification is yet to take place, it is believed to be Stephen.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and his family has been informed.
Multiple emergency services took part in the search.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of Stephen Breen at this extremely difficult time.
“We would like to thank everyone who was involved in the searches, including HM Coastguard, Dorset Search and Rescue (DorSAR), and Wessex Rescue.”
