A MISSING person appeal has been launched for a teenager with links to Bournemouth and Poole.
UPDATE: Jack has now been found, Dorset Police have confirmed.
Jack Adams, also known as Grace, 17 was last seen in Weymouth town on the afternoon of July 23.
They are described as 5ft 5 and of slim build.
Jack was last seen wearing a grey beanie hat, a blue long-sleeved t-shirt with green writing, green jogging bottoms, and carrying a black rucksack.
Inspector Chris Meade, of Dorset Police, said: “We are concerned for Jack’s welfare and would urge anyone with information that might assist our searches to please contact us.
“While the last confirmed sighting was in Weymouth, we understand Jack has links to the Poole and Bournemouth area and may have travelled to the conurbation.
“I would also like to make a direct plea to Jack if you see this appeal to please make contact with us and let us know where you are. We just want to check that you are all right.”
