THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

KLAUDIA KAMINSKA, 25 and of Bourne Avenue in Bournemouth, admitted two counts of diving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely not less than 87ug/L of Benzoylecgonine and 49ug/L of Methylenedioxymethamphetamine in her blood, on the A35 Upton Bypass in Poole on January 8. She admitted using a handheld mobile phone / device while driving a motor vehicle on a road on the A35 Upton Bypass in Poole on January 8. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months. She was also fined £750, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £300 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

CHRISTOPHER LEROY JOSHUA BARTLETT-CLARK, 33 and of Matchams Lane in Hurn, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from a period of imprisonment. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

PAWEL KUNCIK, 30 and of Wimborne Road in Bournemouth, admitted driving a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road / in a public place without due care and attention, and being the driver of a vehicle which failed to stop after a road accident in Dean Park Road in Bournemouth on November 29, 2023. Court records show he failed to stop after an accident which caused damaged to an external driveway gate, lamp post and a wall. He got six points on his licence. He was also fined £255, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £102 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

LOUISE FEW, 42 and of Chedington Close in Poole, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a man at Asda in Culliford Crescent in Poole on November 21, 2023. She was handed a community order lasting until July 28, 2026. She was also fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

FEGITA SIMMS, 40 and of Mount Road in Bournemouth, admitted using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress at Mount Road in Bournemouth on March 20. She also admitted failing to surrender to police / court bail at the appointed time at Poole Magistrates Court on May 23. She was handed a community order lasting until July 28, 2025. She was also ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

DEON AVERY, 31 and of Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, admitted theft from a shop after stealing two handbags valued at £98.98 from TK Maxx at Castlepoint shopping centre in Bournemouth on March 17. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £98.98.

THOMAS MCEWAN, 34 and of Everest Road in Christchurch, admitted possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a knuckle duster, in Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on May 17. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

ACER MIKEY TAPLISS, 19 and of Steppes in Swanage, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Weymouth Magistrates Court on April 13, 2023. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

DAVID IAN EDWARD, 42 and of Upper Gordon Road in Highcliffe, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following his release from a period of imprisonment. He was jailed for seven days.
