A DEBUT event held as part of Christchurch Music Festival has been hailed a success.
XChurch Live was staged in big top tent as part of the popular festival last month.
Curated by the Glitterati team, it featured a host of top acts along Christchurch Quay.
TJ Byham provided a warm-up set alongside the talented percussionist, Miles Havana.
Sweet Female Attitude delivered an “incredible set with a raw old school 90s energy”.
Meanwhile, British duo DJ Luck and MC Neat performed a combination of house music and UK garage, bringing the event to a close.
A spokesperson for the event said: “The buzz surrounding the event had turbocharged attendance and we are proud the event was a great success and a sell out.
“It was amazing to see a good cross section of ages enjoying the musical experience provided.
“We cannot wait to build on the success of 2024 and bring you something incredible for 2025 to the Christchurch Music Festival.”
