A NEW eatery will open in Poole town centre this week.
Noodlebar, which specialises in pan-Asian cuisine, will open its doors in The Dolphin shopping centre on Thursday, August 8.
Posting on its social media, The Dolphin said: “Noodlebar has fast become a hotspot for personalised noodle dishes in Bournemouth, and we're really looking forward to welcoming Noodlebar to The Dolphin.”
Noodlebar already has a branch in Lansdowne Road in Bournemouth.
It describes itself as the “go to place for top notch noodles”.
The new branch will join the shopping centre’s Street Food destination on the first floor.
Jonathan Leung, director at Noodlebar, previously said expanding into The Dolphin felt like the natural next step, and Poole stood out as the “ideal location due to its diverse range of visitors”.
As reported last month, The Dolphin confirmed four new restaurants would be added to its Street Food area this summer.
The restaurants are Chuck and Blade, Wraps' N Roll, Noodlebar and Zeen Cuisine.
Speaking previously, John Grinnell, centre manager of The Dolphin, said the shopping centre had long felt the need to introduce more options for food and drink, and it was a good opportunity to support local up-and-coming restauranteurs as they make the transition to commercial units.
