POLICE blocked off multiple roads in Poole following reports of a woman on the roof of a supermarket.
Dorset Police received a report at 7.10pm on Tuesday, August 13, raising concern for the welfare of a woman on the roof of the Waitrose supermarket in Ashley Road.
Officers attended the incident and made efforts to engage with the woman.
Multiple road closures were put in place around Waitrose, with police blocking off parts of Ashley Road, Richmond Road and Salisbury Road.
The woman was brought to a place of safety at around 8.05pm.
