AN ARREST has been made following an incident outside a pub in Poole
A man was hospitalised after suffering a ‘puncture wound’ in a late-night incident.
Multiple police cars were seen in the area of Old Orchard Road in the early hours of Saturday, August 10.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “A 17-year-old boy from Poole has been arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent.
Dorset Police received a report at 1.05am on Saturday 10 August 2024 of a disturbance involving a group of men in the area of Old Orchard in Poole.
It was reported a man aged in his 20s sustained a small puncture wound to his back and was taken to hospital for treatment.
His condition was not believed to be serious, and he has since been discharged from hospital.
The arrested boy has since been released under investigation as officers continue their enquiries.
