A DORSET Police senior officer is due in court charged with a drink driving offence while off-duty.
Detective Superintendent Paul Kessell, 45, is due to appear in court following an alleged incident on August 4.
Kessell has been charged with driving while over the prescribed legal alcohol limit and is due to appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court on Friday, September 13, 2024.
The officer was not on duty at the time and has been suspended from duty.
