POLICE are investigating an early hours break-in at a garage in Poole.
It was reported that a garage on Constitution Hill Road in Parkstone was broken into between 1am and 2am on Wednesday, August 14.
Despite entry being gained, nothing was reported stolen.
Officers are now appealing for anyone with information to report it to Dorset Police.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “Officers investigating a break-in to a garage at a residential property are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
“The incident occurred between 1.00 a.m. and 2.00 a.m. on Wednesday the 14th of August. This garage was broken into but nothing was stolen. This alert had previously been issued as Hill Road.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact Dorset Police at //www.dorset.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting the relevant reference number. Alternatively, independent charity Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously online at Crimestoppers-uk.org or by calling Freephone 0800 555 111.
“Please do not use Dorset Alert to report a crime or something else that requires urgent police attention as we are unable to log details via this system.”
