FIREFIGHTERS came to the rescue of a person who had found themselves stuck in a bog.
Fire crews were alerted to an incident in Studland on August 21.
Southwestern Ambulance Service also attended the incident to check over the patient.
Three fire crews helped guide the stuck individual to safety.
A spokesperson for Wareham Fire Station said: “This afternoon we were mobilised to a person stuck in marshland at Studland.
“We were backed up by our colleagues from Swanage and the Tech Rescue team from Poole.
“On arrival, the casualty was found in a boggy area but was able to walk out being guided by crews.
“The person was checked out by the ambulance service and no injuries were found.
