Tristan Clamp was caught with a “paedophile manual” containing more than 37,000 indecent images of children as well as a camera recording pen used to film a child in a bathroom.

Police found hundreds of ‘upskirt’ photos including filming up the skirts of women and children in a supermarket between July 2018 and July 2019.

However, it is believed Clamp’s offences took place from 2010 to 2021.

He initially denied having a sexual interest in children, putting it down to “curiosity” but later admitted to it.

He attempted to hide bottles of alcohol in his jacket and make off without paying from the Bournemouth shop when a staff member challenged him.

Binmore brandished a knife and threatened the staff before running away.

The next day he returned and stuffed £200 worth of stock into a carrier bag and attempted to leave.

However, after being challenged by staff again he punched them to the side of their head and made off.

Days later he was caught stealing alcohol and energy drinks from other local stores, also threatening staff with a knife.

Binmore, 45 and of no fixed address, was jailed for seven years.

Nicholas Bentley

Woman ‘petrified’ after ex-partner posts revenge porn and threaten to kill her family

Nicholas Bentley threatened to kill his ex-girlfriend’s family after breaching his restraining order within two days.

He was ordered to stay away form the woman after their relationship turned sour, with him accusing her of having affairs and used emotional blackmail to make her stay with him.

However, he breached the 10-year restraining order by sending texts such as: “You may have won the battle but I will win the war” and “send me back to prison I don’t care I like it.”

Bentley continuously text and rang the woman, describing what she was wearing and her location.

He later published naked pictures of the woman on social media, along with her name, and encouraged other men to contact her.

When the victim told Bentley to leave her along he said: “I will buy your daughter a headstone.”

Bentley, 26 and of Ambassador Close in Christchurch, was jailed for two and a half years.

Prisoner pulled knife in ‘self-defence’ after convicted murderer threatened him

Convicted drug dealer, Jamieson Richards-Boyce, brandished a make-shift knife in prison after a murderer threatened him in his cell.

He was serving a six and a half year prison sentence for drug and firearm offences at the time of the incident.

The court heard that Richards-Boyce was spending his first day in a new wing at HMP Winchester when a man serving a sentence for murder entered his call.

The defendant said the man threatened him so his cellmate passed him a makeshift weapon made out of plastic knives and a razor blade.

Prison officers also found him holding a sock containing a metal object.

Richards-Boyce told the court he had no intention of using the weapons but was trying to protect his own life.

Richards-Boyce, 27, was jailed for one year on top of his current sentence.
