A HUGE police presence was seen outside a petrol station on the outskirts of Bournemouth town centre on Friday night.
Several officers were called to the Asda petrol station in Holdenhurst Road, Lansdowne just after 11pm on September 6.
Dashcam footage picked up by one motorist has captured a police officer chasing a suspect towards the train station and round the back of the petrol station's shop.
The motorist said he then saw a man with a knife, although it's not clear if he was caught.
A police van and several cars were seen parked outside the forecourt, his footage seen by the Echo shows, adding the petrol station had been cordoned off by officers.
All police officers had gone by the following morning and the petrol station is open as usual.
Dorset Police has been approached for more details.
