THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
MICHEAL TRACEY, 48 and of Riley Square in Coventry, admitted two counts of assault by beating in Bedford Road South in Poole on March 17 and in Riley Square in Coventry on March 16. He admitted two counts of criminal damage to property after damaging a ceramic figure and a table in Bedford Road South in Poole on March 17 and damaging a mobile phone in Riley Square in Coventry on March 16. He admitted possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis, in Bournemouth on March 17. He was handed a three month prison sentence suspended for 18 months. He was also ordered to pay £350 compensation.
LOUISE GLEED, 34 and of Dale Valley Road in Poole, admitted theft from a shop after stealing alcohol to the value of £48.80 from Asda in West Quay Road in Poole on March 18. She admitted two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely police officers, in Dear Hay Lane in Poole on March 18. She admitted two counts of assault by beating at Asda in West Quay Road in Poole on March 18. She admitted possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis, at police custody in Bournemouth on March 18. She admitted using threatening / abusive / insulting words / behaviour to cause harassment / alarm / distress at Asda in West Quay Road in Poole on March 18. She was fined £200 and ordered to pay compensation of £125.
HOLLIE HARBRON, 36 and of Hasler Road in Poole, admitted theft from a shop after stealing handbags to the value of £149.97 from Tk Maxx at Castlepoint Shopping Centre in Bournemouth on February 5. She was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
LAUREN PEEKE, 29 and of South Road in Poole, admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police officer, in South Road in Poole on April 20. She was handed a community order lasting until September 15, 2025. She was also ordered to pay £50 compensation, costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £114.
JORDAN DUNMORE, 29 and of Pauntley Road in Christchurch, admitted breaching a non-molestation order in Christchurch on March 26. He was fined £466, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £186. He was also handed a restraining order lasting until September 15, 2026.
DANIEL LANE, 40 and Gorse Close in New Milton, admitted two counts of assault by beating in Bournemouth on December 21, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until June 15, 2025, and was banned from entering any public house, nightclub or bar for nine months. He was also ordered to pay £600 compensation and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
OLIVER SHELLEY, 18 and of Highfield Road in Corfe Mullen, admitted possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis, in Springdale Road in Poole on June 3. He admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely cannabis, in Plantation Road in Poole on January 24. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months and disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay costs of £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
PAUL WARRELL, 54 and of Rushall Lane in Sturminster Marshall, admitted breaching a non-molestation order in Lytchett Matravers on November 26, 2023. He was fined £453, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £181 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service. He was also handed a restraining order.
