THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:
CONNOR MATTHEWS, 21 and of Mossley Avenue, admitted criminal damage to property after damaging a gate and door belonging to BCP Housing on June 21. He admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) / interim SHPO by urinating in public in Cunningham Close in Bournemouth on June 21. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ABIGAIL LLEWELLYN, 21 and of Longfleet Road in Poole, admitted theft from a shop after stealing dog food, pringles and chocolate to the value of £20 from the Co-op in Ashley Road in Poole on April 4. She was handed a community order lasting until September 15, 2025, and ordered to pay £20 compensation.
THOMAS GROVES, 40 and of Heights Road in Upton, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road / public place without third party insurance and driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Heights Road in Upton on July 15. He admitted theft of motor vehicle at Station Garage in Northport in Wareham on July 13. He was handed a community order lasting until June 15, 2025 and was disqualified from driving for six months.
CHRISTOPHER SIMS, 37 and of Wareham Road in Corfe Mullen, admitted criminal damage to property after damaging property to the value of £1610 belonging to The Orchid Hotel in Gervis Road in Bournemouth on February 8. He admitted failing to surrender to police / court bail at the appointed time at Poole Magistrates’ Court on September 5. He was ordered to pay compensation of £1000.
ALFIE KENNETH SKINNER, 28 and of Pinehurst Road in West Moors, admitted driving a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding the limit, namely 63mph in a 30mph zone, in Canford Cliffs Road in Poole on January 6. He got six points on his licence. He was also fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £180, and costs of £90.
PHILIP JOHN HARVELL, 56 and of Spa Road in Weymouth, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to provide a specimen of breath at Bournemouth custody on August 30, 2022. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was also fined £90, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £36, and costs of £300 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
ANDRE DE SOUZA QUINTAL, 32 and of Bleke Street in Shaftesbury, admitted arson after destroying two bins by fire in Christchurch Road in Bournemouth on March 29. He was handed a community order lasting until September 17, 2025. He was also fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
TRACY WALTERS, 47 and of Tedder Close in Bournemouth, admitted assault by beating in Tedder Road in Bournemouth on April 30. She admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police officer, in Bournemouth Custody on April 30. She was fined £280 and ordered to pay £50 compensation.
JAMES SMITH, 39 and of Hinton Road in Bournemouth, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Commercial Road in Bournemouth on June 21. He was conditionally discharged for a period of 12 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £26 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
