A NEW indoor go karting track is opening in Bournemouth this December.
TeamSport Indoor Karting has confirmed the launch of its latest venue in Wallisdown Road.
With an impressive investment of £1.8 million, the venue will feature a track stretching just over 300 metres, with capacity for 14 state-of-the-art karts to race at once.
A range of additional activities will also be on offer to keep visitors of all ages entertained, alongside a bar and kitchen area serving up an extensive menu.
The Bournemouth site, which will be TeamSport’s 38th location nationwide, will bring 30 new jobs to the area.
Dom Gaynor, CEO of TeamSport, said: "We are excited to announce that we will be opening a venue in Bournemouth. Our goal is to create a space that caters to adrenaline junkies as well as families. It will be a perfect place for stag and hen parties, and we will also be developing a race academy program for young racers."
TeamSport Bournemouth will open at Units 1-3 at 510 Wallisdown Road.
An official opening date is yet to be confirmed.
